We look forward  to helping you make your wedding or event uniquely yours.   We offer a very private and relaxed resort  in the foothills of the Cascade mountains, on the McKenzie River.  We hope to  make your event planning a fun process.  We have a two day minimum stay policy. The  costs are based on the size of your group.  Additional services are optional and listed below.      In order to keep your wedding a private affair, we require  that you book all of the                lodging on the property for a minimum of two days. Historic log lodge- 3 bedrooms/8 people ………………..$500  per nt = $1000                       “Granny’s” log cabin- 2 bedrooms/4 people……………..$175  per nt =$$350 Four  River cottages-1 bedroom/3 people  …$175 ea cabin/per nt=$1400         Lodging total for two day event_(24 people /Lodging)____$2750   Additional lodging is available and optional. The VIP is the perfect  house for entertaining, with 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, a huge family room/kitchen and formal areas. Cost is $500 per night/2 night minimum.      Additional  charges- $15  per extra guest per nt /$20 per nt tent /2-3 guests per tentor RV camping. Children under the age of 14 stay for free. NO pets are allowed for large gatherings, and a fine of $100 will be charged per pet on premises. owner of pet will be asked to leave.. Please choose from the list of options below when planning your event .                                                                             Small wedding  80-100 people in attendance   Prices based on one day use until 11 pm.  Additional charges may apply.                     2 wait people for set up, parking and clean up (6 hours ea).         Use of ceremony grounds for decorating, rehearsal and ceremony.   Use of barn/dance hall, includes tables and seating,  for reception.     Includes 10 hrs planning time  and a complimentary overnight on one of the cottages.  This is the minimum time needed from me to plan with you, should you need an event planner for the day of your event, an additional charge of $40 an hr.,  max. 6 hrs.                      Total cost for facilities use.  $1300     Large Wedding Based on 150 people max Lodging fees not included in prices.      Price reflects one day event till 11 p.m..       Use of : Service kitchen ( for food storage)       Ceremony Site (decorating, rehearsal and ceremony)      Barn/Dance Hall for reception  (Includes tables and seating)          4 wait staff (6 hrs ea., includes gratuity) for  dinner and beverage service.   One complimentary nights stay in a cabin and 8 hrs planning for your event. Total cost for package                                                                                                                                                                 $2400.           • Optional Wedding  Planner: Minimum 16 hrs . Resourcing and event planning for caterers, music makers, decorators, ministers, photographers,  bakers  and candlestick makers.  Plan day trips for your guests;  rafting, fishing, or hiking to make your experience a vacation.  $500.       Additional Eqiupment for rent by the day: Service kitchen for  your catered reception dinner is included when you are also renting our table settings.  Includes sink,  refrigerator,  serving utensils and tables, and food prep. station .    Tables@ $10 ea,  chairs @ $2, benches@ $8,   XLarge  gas grill @ $250. per weekend use, Table settings @ $7 per guest includes: White china dinner and salad plate, cutlery, water-wine-champagne glasses, white linen tablecloths and napkins, cake and coffee service, salt and pepper shakers, flower vases and water carafes.  Individual items can also be rented as needed.        Call : Loloma Lodge at: (541)822-6231 Or email : lolomalodge@earthlink.net                                     Marriage License Information: If your wedding is in Oregon you must obtain your OR Marriage License at the County Clerk's office. Terms and Conditions: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your event package. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If the event date is under 30 days, 100% of the package price is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. You may pay your deposit and final payment to Loloma Lodge using a personal check or direct deposit, or credit card. We accept Visa,  MasterCard,  Discover and American Express.  Changes/Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your event date for any reason, there is a $25 handling fee and a written notice is required. Cancellations must be in writing and there are no refunds within 30 days of the event date. If there is a cancellation or change within 30 days, your deposit may be applied to a future date within the next 12 months. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. Availability for some services may be difficult to obtain. We are not responsible for the weather or event party delays. If the weather does turn for the worst, you may choose to book an alternate indoor location. To secure this location, you'll need to make a payment. If you don't use the alternate location, the location fees are non-refundable. There is a limit to the number of guests at some locations. Additional charges may apply for parking (if applicable) and may also be assessed for unusual circumstances not included in this Agreement, or if any changes are made to the conditions listed above. Throwing of rice, birdseed, confetti or releasing helium balloons are prohibited due to possible harm to the wildlife and birds. Liability Release: Client agrees to hold Loloma Lodge, its employees or sub-contractors harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses relating to services arising out of this Agreement. Photo Release: I hereby grant to Loloma Lodge the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, my wedding, or in which I may be included, for Bridal publications, electronic reproductions (web sites) and/or promotional materials or any other purpose and in any manner or medium. In addition, I grant my permission to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. Privacy Policy: Your  privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choice you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We collect contact information (like your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and email address) through the contact form, printed information on forms that will be faxed to us or over the telephone. We do not sell, share or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone unless we have your express consent to share your information. Or, unless we need to share your information to provide you the product or service you requested or the disclosure is necessary to protect or enforce our rights or the rights of other users.
