The Family Cabin

This classic “little log house” was built in 1927, and was the original living quarters while the main lodge was built. Tucked in the trees near the lodge, the master bedroom has one of the best views of all buildings. While in bed, you can watch the fog roll through the heavily treed Belknap Ridge and you can hear the river in the distance. The porch invites you out for coffee and to watch the morning unfold.

This house is the closest to the wedding reception area and is susceptible to loud sounds of laughing, dancing, and other merriment.

1 Bedroom  with queen bed and a loft with 2 additional queen beds, full kitchen, one shared full bath. Wood-burning stone fireplace and electric heating. No AC but the delicious cold tap water will cool you down.

Comfortable and homey.

“Just got back from a wedding at Loloma Lodge, and I have to say I really wished I could have stayed a week there. The grounds are beautiful, and the river front cabins where we stayed for the two days that we were part of the bridal party were very clean, comfortable and homey.”

We chose the right spot

“My husband and I were married at Loloma Lodge, and I am 100% confident that we chose the right spot. To host a wedding, you rent the entire grounds for 2 nights. Our families and the bridal party stayed on-site except for a few that stayed nearby, so we got to spend lots of time with everyone.”

— Olivia O.

“The property is so stunning; brilliant log buildings nestled in huge Douglas Firs and fern gullies, an array of perennial gardens, and bordered by the beautiful McKenzie River.
